Musicians report delayed statistics and problems promoting releases on Yandex Music and BandLink. The service team links the restrictions to infrastructure damage and says plays are being preserved for settlements. As of the evening of 15 October, there is no exact date for full analytics recovery.
On 15 October, Yandex detailed restrictions affecting its work services. Mail device notifications and automatic Disk photo uploads remain unavailable. The company announced free access to desktop Documents.

Yandex announced Cloud and Yandex 360 fee waivers on 13 October. Existing cloud customers would not pay for 8–31 October in Russian zones. Charges for that period would be corrected automatically.
Yandex Pay reported partial recovery on 13 October. Cards and contactless payment stickers worked fully. Transfers returned gradually, with errors still possible.
